Description
Norris Geyser Basin has been a well kept winter secret. Seen in the winter by very few people you can be one of the few that enjoy the influence of winter's magic in this special place. While the snowcoaches are heated, sightseeing stops, where passengers leave the coach, necessitate warm footwear and warm layered clothing.

Insider Tips
- Be sure to have your camera handy for wildlife viewing and rare views of various thermal features along the way.
- Since the trails are not groomed it is a good idea to take at least one ski poles to use on the trail in case the footing is challenging. Your guide will have some poles in the coach and will offer them before the tour starts.
- Snowcoach guides are highly knowledgeable about Yellowstone's history, geology and wildlife, be sure to ask as many questions as you might have along your journey to and from your destination. They also know some of the best places to stop for wildlife and scenic photos.
