Yellowstone for Families
Offered weekly from June 4 through August 17, 2012 at Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel and Grant Village. Mammoth-based programs are offered Monday through Friday or Friday through Tuesday. Grant-based programs are offered Monday through Friday only.
Experience the magic of Yellowstone with this unique learning adventure for families with children 8-12 years old. Led by an Institute naturalist guide, your family can explore canyons, waterfalls, geyser basins and enjoy activities together including animal tracking, wildlife watching, photography, painting, and hiking. During the program your children can become Yellowstone National Park Junior Rangers.
- Minimum age of 12 years old
- Minimum of four persons required for course to occur
Mammoth Hot Springs Program Includes
- Four nights at Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel (two classes per week)
- In-park transportation
- Four breakfasts and lunches per person
- One welcome gift per adult
- Expert instruction provided by Yellowstone Association Institute naturalist guide.
