Get ready to salivate as we introduce you to the new summer 2016 menu items in Yellowstone! This year our chefs have come up with a few items that will make your taste buds very happy.
In addition to a wide range of dining options, over 40% of our food purchases are locally and/or sustainably produced! That means whether you enjoy a bite of local or sustainable lamb, beef, chicken, Wild Alaskan Salmon, house-made ice-cream or a sip of locally produced beer, wine, and spirits- you can feel good knowing you are helping to support local economies and community development.
