2020 Reservation Relocation Request

We can now confirm that conditions will not allow us to open the Lake Yellowstone Hotel room types (Suites, Superior and Premium Hotel Rooms) this summer. However, since we are able to open Canyon Lodge, we may be able to relocate you into a Superior hotel room at Canyon Lodge. Please fill out the form below on or before August 3.

As room availability is limited, the requests will be processed as they are received. Room types will be assigned as available for the dates requested. Those guests that can be accommodated will be sent a new confirmation with adjusted rates, any paid deposit will be applied to the remaining balance or refunded. Those that can’t be accommodated will be sent a notice of cancellation of their original reservation and a deposit refund processed. Due to limited staffing in our call center, we are not able to accept upgrade requests over the phone.

If a relocated room is not your preference or your plans have changed and you no longer intend to visit Yellowstone this summer, you can cancel the current reservation here.
