Wine Tasting with Tapas

For a wonderful dining experience and special Valentine’s Day celebration join us at the Mammoth Hot Springs Dining Room for a night of Wine Tasting and Tapas. Enjoy over 20 types of Tapas paired with five different wines from Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. 

Tapas menu features:

  • Starters: Baguettes, Whipped Butter and Goat Cheese, Roasted Tomato Chutney, Nut Sampler, Olive Sampler
  • Cold Tapas: Charcuterie and Cheese Board, Smoked Pork Tenderloin Finger Sandwiches, Ahi Tuna Poke and Avocado Wedges, Green Garbanzo Bean Hummus in Cucumber Cups, and Pickled Vegetable platter
  • Hot Tapas: Beef Tenderloin Medallions with Cimini Mushroom Brown Sauce, Lump Crab Cakes with Orange Basil Aioli, Black Beluga Lentin Cakes with Smoked Trout Brandade, Marinated and Grilled Lamb Rack Chops, Garlic Grilled Shrimp, Eggplant and Spinach Rollatini on Herbed Israeli Couscous
  • Dessert: Mini-Buckleberry Creme Brulee, Gingerbread spoons with Cinnamon Apple Compote, Lemon Shortbread Cookie Crisps, Mini-Chocolate Mousse Cups with Fresh Raspberry, and Flathead Cherry Tartlets.
