Circle of Fire

All Day Adventure

It’s easy to spend a week touring Yellowstone, and if you did you’d still never see all the features that combine to make the world’s first national park. About 70% of the famous features lie along the lower loop of the Park’s figure-8 road system, and the best way to spend one day taking in all you can on this route is on the Circle of Fire.

This is the Park’s senior (and signature!) tour, being offered for decades longer than any other. Your driver-guide will pack the day full of all of Yellowstone that he or she can, including showing you Old Faithful Geyser, Yellowstone Lake, Hayden Valley (with stops for wildlife as available), the Upper and Lower Falls of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, and the Fountain Paint Pot Nature Trail (where all four types of Yellowstone’s thermal features may be seen). For the classic tour of Yellowstone, ride the Circle of Fire!

Ring of Fire Tour

Our guide, Rob, had knowledge, passion and enthusiasm during our time. Great history of the park and allowed us to take pictures and plan our next day visit to the park. We were hesitant about an 8 hr tour but well worth the time and monies spent. Highly recommend!!

Time Well Spent!

Very solid tour geographically but the star of the tour was the guide and his passion for the park. We learned everything from the people, to the animals, to the trees, to the planet. Would go again and recommend to everyone.

This is the perfect tour for the start of your trip. It takes you to all the hot spots for just long enough for you to decide if you need to go back on your own time or not and helps you learn the area. Our driver "Michael" was very knowledgeable and personable. He was always more than willing to answer questions or help take family photos.Great tour!

good overview tour

Nice overview of the highlights of the park. The guide was knowledgeable and engaging. We were a bit short on time in the park so having someone take us around and not having to find places on our own made it more enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

good tour-great guide

We didn't want to have to drive far around the park, so we took this bus tour. We enjoyed it a lot. The best part of it was our guide Mihail --very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. We thought that we could have skipped or spent less time at Madison, and we would have loved to have stopped at the Norris Basin.
