TOWER SKI TOUR

Join our experienced guide as we travel through the wildlife-packed Blacktail Plateau to the Tower area for an afternoon of skiing.  The tour is led by one of our expert ski guides and the route is a gradual incline of 1.5 miles to Calcite Springs Overlook, then a 1 mile decline leading to the Tower Falls overlook.

The tour is rated for beginner to advanced levels of cross-country skiing and offers excellent skate skiing opportunities too.  Skiers should bring water, snacks and additional clothing.  The tour provides transportation for guests from the Mammoth Hotel to the start of the trail at Tower Junction.

Ski rentals are not included in the price, but are available to rent at the Bear Den Ski Shop.

Skiers must have basic Nordic skiing skills. First time skiers are encouraged to take a lesson through the Bear Den Ski Shop. Children are welcome but must be physically capable of keeping up with the group.
