At Canyon Lodge, an entirely new food service concept will open in summer 2017. Contained within the large centrally located building in the Canyon area plaza, The Canyon Lodge Eatery will offer customers Fresh Woks and Slow Food Fast, two outlets offering fresh and sustainable menu items and featuring local ingredients to create custom meals as bowls and plates. In addition to this new concept, there will be a full service restaurant called, the Mission 66 Bar & Grill, the Ice Creamery featuring local ice cream from Big Dipper, the Falls Café offering house-made grab-and-go salads and flat breads, coffee, specialty coffee drinks and locally produced keg wines and beers.
